Quarantine Chronicles: Ep 1 with Moses Yim

Moses (@movewithmoses) is a Barry’s and Studio3 instructor that is well known in the Seattle fitness community. He’s down-to-earth, charismatic and his positive vibes are contagious. I’m lucky to call him my good friend and proud of all the things he’s done for our fitness community. He is launching a new series (currently dubbed “Quarantine Chronicles”) where he works out with and interviews like minded individuals in the fitness space. His goal is to deepen and make connections for all of us and I was his first guest!

Moses and I have programmed a 30 minute full body HIIT workout for all of you! No weights needed, but this is a burner for sure. There are no breaks, but listen to your body and modify where needed. I was able to get my heart rate up to 174bpm by the end of the workout, so I hope you walk away feeling strong and accomplished.

We also did an interview where we talk all things fitness, health, passions outside of working out and a deep dive into my old Instagram posts. He definitely put me in the hot seat and made it spicy! Find our interview on his IGTV.
